Meet the Farm Team

You know that running this farm and CSA community is a big job -- bigger than any one person could or should do alone.  One of the biggest blessings to me as I watch the mission of this farm unfold, is meeting and growing to love the people who feel such a part of the same mission.  So, instead of letting these ladies work tirelessly in the background, I'm shining a light on them for just a little bit, so that you'll understand just what it takes to keep Jacob's Reward prospering and growing.

These are (alphabetically) the ladies who have committed to hunkering down with me to make the farm all it can be, for you:

Liz Arthur
Web and Technology Queen

Mary Bensel
Bookkeeper (and Assistant Poop Scooper)

Chris Ingle
Science Officer

Laurie McIntyre
Fiber Specialist

and Gail Stryker
Ranch Hand and Livestock Nurse

There are also some special friends who offer the farm their professional expertise from time to time:

Joanne Pohlman will be once again designing a special pattern for us, which will call for hand spun JRF share yarn,

and Peggy and Gene Helmick-Richardson have become our resident Storytellers.

All these folks are shaping the Farm with their special gifts and talents.  We owe them a huge debt of gratitude and love.

I invite you, if you've not had a chance to come be with us, to join the Farm community - spinning and knitting with us on 3rd and 4th Saturdays, herd health days, special workshops, a farm tour, or through the blog, Facebook and Ravelry.  We have a place for you!
