Becoming a Sheep

The lambs are really getting the hang of this sheep thing.  Both of them are eating solid food, and Rachel can totally manage to chew her cud.  It's hilarious to watch this month old lamb doze in the shade, while keeping up a steady rhythm of chew, swallow, regurgitate, repeat.

They both have "being irresistibly cute and baby-soft-cuddly" down to an art.

There are other sheepy skills that they haven't mastered yet, like, mowing down the shepherd who's carrying the grain bucket, standing on the shepherd's foot with pointy hooves, and nipping off the shepherd's hair when she bends over to fix the tarps.

All in good time, I'm sure.
