This precious little wheel was made in the 60's in New Zealand by a guy named Philip Poore. She has been my faithful companion to elementary school demonstrations because of her dainty storybook appeal. But don't let that fool you - she's a spinning powerhouse.
She comes with 10 bobbins and three whorls, ranging from big to tiny. She sports a double drive set up with optional scotch tension. There's a lot of pretty handcrafting in this wheel... see the photos.
